Hotel Rules and Regulation for Guest

• Room Allotment is made to the same person, in whose name Reservation is created. Photo address-lbs are mandatory for all occupants including children as per Govt. regulation. As per Govt. norms acceptable Photo-lbs are Aadhar Card, Voter’s ID card, Driving License or Passport.

• Check out Time is 12 Noon, Please inform the Front Office Manager, if you wish to retain your room beyond this, up to 02PM. If the room is available, you will be chargedat the half the normal tariff for day use

• Hotel Housekeeping Staff conducts cleaning of your room every day, in case you do not want the Staff entering your Room, please put Do Not Disturb signage at “Entrance of Door

• Safe Locker is provided in the Room, please keep your valuables in the safe locker Hotel Management will not be responsible in any way for any loss of Cash, Jewelry or Valuables from the Hotel Usage Guidance is provided near the Safe Locker.

• Never admit strangers into the room, check all callers through Front Office Assistant. Don’t reveal the Hotel Name or your Room Number to any stranger.

• In case of default in payment of dues by the Guest, the management shall be entitled to a to a lien on the luggage and belongings.

• Guests are particularly requested to lock the door when inside and not to leave the door unlocked. The Hotel Management will not in any way, be responsible for the loss of Resident’s goods or any other cause, whatsoever, including that of pilferage

• Storing of any article of combustible or hazardous nature in residential rooms is strictly prohibited. Smoking inside the room or in public areas is strictly NOT PERMITTED.

• Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage of hotel property caused by them, their friends or by any person for whom they are responsible

• The Management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person into the Hotel Premises and to request any Guest to vacate his/her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so

• Pets and domestic animal are not allowed inside the Hotel Premises

• Arms or Weapons are not allowed inside the Hotel Premises.

• Guest are requested to observe the Government Rules and Regulations in force from time to time in requested to Registration, Alcoholic Drink, Fire arms, Foreign Currency payment etc.

• The management reserves the Right to add, alter or amend any other terms, conditions and rules.
